Building Survey (Technical Due Diligence)
To give the most accurate technical « photograph » of the inspected building and also, to provide a budget of the works to be carried out according to a programme to be determined, in order to maintain the building in a fair technical condition.
- Inspection of all elements of the buildings (structure, architecture and mechanical and electrical installations).
- Reporting on our findings in a complete report describing the whole of the inspected building.
- Cost estimate of the repairs/maintenance works to be carried out.
- Programme of the works.
- When required by the Client, soil tests can be carried out by a specialised company in order to determine potential presence of contaminated materials.
